Taron Ragan’s journey to financial leadership is built on resilience. As a teenager, he lost a parent to gun violence, an experience that forever shaped his perspective on perseverance and purpose. In college, he faced homelessness while pursuing his degree, and he has overcome personal financial struggles that gave him a firsthand understanding of what it means to build from limited resources. These challenges drive his commitment to helping founders — especially those from under-resourced communities — access the financial clarity and support they need to grow with confidence.
With leadership experience at Deloitte, Microsoft, and Infrastructure Growth Partners, Taron brings corporate discipline together with entrepreneurial insight. As a seasoned CFO and startup investor, he guides founders through forecasting, capital raises, and investor relations. Known for his dedication and hands-on approach, he delivers the impact of a full-time executive with the flexibility of a fractional role.
